NB: Delivery Information

  • This is a business to business (B2B) website and secure online store
  • There is no minimum invoice value and we'd be delighted to receive your order
  • We offer a 'Combined Postage' delivery price - order several products with a single combined delivery cost

 

  • When entering your delivery address please appreciate that the parcel delivery driver must obtain a signature for the parcel/s.  Parcels could be left with a neighbour, but ONLY if requested when placing the order. The neighbour's signature would need to be obtained by the delivery driver

  • We aim to arrange delivery of your order as quickly as possible. 

  • When placing your order, you may specify a separate delivery address - work, relation, friend, neighbour etc.

  • When placing your order online, you could also choose to have the parcel/s left in a 'safe place' if no-one is available to provide a signature. If you wish to do this, please inform us at checkout by entering your instructions in the 'Your notice to us' box. eg; 'Leave in Porch', 'Leave in garden shed', 'Leave under caravan' etc. However, it is important to understand that the goods will be left by the courier - at your own risk

  • If there is no prior request to leave the goods with a neighbour or in a 'safe place' and there is no response at the delivery address, a second delivery attempt would be made the next working day.  If the second attempt also fails, the parcel/s could be collected from the courier's nearest depot.  If after 3 working days the parcel/s have still not been collected by the customer, the parcel/s will be returned to us.  The delivery/return carriage costs are chargeable to the customer and, if the goods are still required, the relevant re-delivery costs would also be charged - identical and in addition to the original delivery cost

  • No guaranteed delivery date is provided or implied by us.  Orders remain valid and binding after initial despatch and we (the company) will not be held responsible for any delay or loss a customer may suffer as a result of a delay or failure to deliver due to any cause or condition which is beyond our reasonable control

 

DELIVERY to GB Mainland, Northern Ireland - UK Islands - IoM - Channel Islands, Ireland, EU and Worldwide

Most of our products are quite heavy or bulky but you can order as many items as you like on a single order and you'll only pay one UK Mainland delivery charge. The delivery cost will be generated and shown at checkout.

Spares (Rubber Ferrules, Floor Plates, fixings etc.) can be delivered throughout the UK on our approx. 3-5 working day delivery service via UK Mail and Royal Mail @ £4.00 per order - or our Express 1-2 day service @ £9.00 per order

Standard goods can be delivered throughout GB Mainland on our approx. 3-5 working day delivery service via UK Mail and Royal Mail @ £7.00 per order

Long goods can be delivered throughout GB Mainland on our approx. 3-5 working day delivery service via UK Mail and Royal Mail @ £11.50 per order

Standard goods can be delivered throughout GB Mainland on our approx. 1-2 working day delivery service via UK Mail and Royal Mail @ £9.00 per order

Long goods can be delivered throughout GB Mainland on our approx. 1-2 working day delivery service via UK Mail and Royal Mail @ £13.50 per order

Standard Worldwide parcel delivery from £45.00. Spares (Rubber Ferrules/ Floor Plates) from £9.00 per order

If higher than the 'from' price, the actual price will be advised, and confirmation obtained from our customers - before despatch.

 

This is a business to business (B2B) website shop and the trade prices listed are exclusive of VAT.  VAT will be added to all UK Sterling prices and carriage costs in accordance with current regulations.

A UK VAT invoice will be issued to all customers.

VAT will not be charged to non European Union customers in accordance with current regulations.

  

CONFIDENTIAL ORDERING

We use the supplied information to contact you only about your order and delivery.

EX-STOCK

Stock items are usually despatched within a few working days of receipt of order and payment.  We will contact you regarding any out of stock item or if there is an unusual delay in despatching the goods.

COMMERCIAL SALES

Sales are to trade account holders and payment with order B2B customers.

Proforma invoices are available upon request.

PAYMENT

Existing credit account customers via cheque or BACS payment.

Cheque, credit/debit card or BACS payment with order.

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

All specifications, sizes, colours and descriptions are considered by the manufacturer to be reasonably accurate and we cannot be held liable for slight discrepancies.

GUARANTEE

Kickstops Goods are supplied with a 12 month warranty - if faulty.

Dorgard 1328-A01 is supplied with a 24 month warranty - if faulty.

Dorgard SmartSound is supplied with a 36 month warranty - if faulty.

Shuttle S01 is supplied with a 60 month warranty - if faulty

Agrippa Holder is supplied with a 12 month warranty - if faulty

If you are unsure about the suitability of any product please telephone and discuss it with us in advance.  The delivery costs cannot be refunded if the goods are returned as incorrectly ordered, unsuitable or 'no longer required'.  The purchaser is responsible for return delivery costs and a credit note or discretionary refund will be provided on undamaged goods in original packaging.  A re-stocking charge may apply.

All goods should be inspected prior to signing for delivery.  If the goods are delivered damaged, please refuse delivery and ask the delivery driver to return them to us.

If the goods are faulty, or have any missing fixings, please contact us as soon as possible.

If a fault develops within the warranty period, please contact us.
